Accepted Materials
Newspapers with inserts, office paper and computer paper, corrugated cardboard, paperboard material, i.e. cereal boxes (no wax lining), junk mail and magazines, telephone books, brown paper grocery bags, plastic grocery and dry cleaning bags (no food residue), aluminum and steel food and beverage cans, any plastic bottle with a top smaller than the bottom and any color glass container.
Green Station
Accepted Materials:
Used oil, gasoline, and anti-freeze. Fluorescent lights 4' and 8' in length; compact fluorescent lights (CFLs). Only household quantities accepted. NO OTHER MATERIALS ACCEPTED.

Pulaski County Sanitation Department, behind the county jail, off Roosevelt road to Brown Street. From Brown Street, turn right at the Pulaski County Road and Bridge Department; follow the signs to the Sanitation department until you see the recycling center.

Electronic Recycling
Accepted Materials:
Household, residential quantities of: Computers, Copiers, DVD players, Paper shredders, Printers, Televisions, VCRs, Phones, Stereos, Radios, Fax machines, and Microwave ovens. (Five items per visit.)
Location and time same as Green Station (above).
Tire Disposal
You may turn in up to four passenger or light truck tires (under 19”) per day free. There is a $4 fee for each tire over four in a day or for larger truck tires.
